Unlike the other platform beds, the Rock bed stands on dual tapered uprights that make the bed sturdier and solid as a rock - no wonder the name! Made from 100% Southern Yellow Pine with the strength of oak, the bed is durable and long-lasting. Unfinished wood makes it easy on your budget, and gives you the flexibility to paint or stain the bed yourself if you choose to. The bed lends a rustic look that goes with any decor.
The Rock platform bed (also sometimes known as the Willow platform bed) from Collegiate Furnishings, is environmentally friendly bedroom furniture made from sustainable pine. The height of the headboard is 39 inches while that of the footboard is 15 inches. You could choose from a range of sizes to match your bedroom needs: Twin Size (38 inches x 75 inches), Full Size (53 inches x 75 inches), Queen Size (60 inches x 80 inches), and King Size (76 inches x 80 inches). The bed comes with a manufacturer's warranty of 5 years, a good value for the price. Minor assembly is required.
